Amden does not endorse the content of any third-party websites or linked websites accessed via this site; access and use any such websites at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.

Cancellations and Refunds

Most Cybersonic come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. To return product for a refund of the purchase price (less S&H) and restocking fee, contact customer service toll-free at 1-800-770-7525 to confirm eligibility and obtain an RMA# and instructions before returning partially used and unused product. We recommend utilizing a shipping method that allows for tracking. Sorry, shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded.

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Cancellation of recurring shipments requires verbal or written notice via phone, email, fax, or letter.

Replacement Brush Heads

Cybersonic’s automatic replacement program will send a new brush head, tongue cleaner, and flossing attachment out approximately every 3 months. There is no charge for the replacement parts but there is a nominal shipping and handling fee for each item and each shipment sent. You can cancel at any time and the shipping frequency can be customized by contacting customer service. While you maintain an active replacement program, your toothbrush system will be covered by our Lifetime Warranty. Enrollment in the program requires a valid credit or debit card. Customer is responsible for maintaining up to date address and payment information on file with Cybersonic. Cancellation of recurring shipments requires verbal or written notice via phone, email, fax, or letter. Sales tax is charged where applicable. Prices subject to change without notice.

One Year Limited Warranty

(excludes toothbrush bristles and replacement floss cartridges)

The Cybersonic system Limited Warranty covers mechanical and/or electrical failures of the power system. Under warranty terms and conditions, the Cybersonic system shall be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer’s discretion. Defective system and proof of purchase must be submitted along with warranty claims. The warranty does not cover:

a. Brush heads
b. Floss cartridges
c. Damage cased by misuse, abuse, neglect or alterations
d. Normal wear and tear, including chips, scratches, abrasions, discolorations or fading

Lifetime Warranty Program

Terms & Conditions:
The Lifetime Warranty protects the power handle and charging stand against manufacturing defects. Replacement parts will be sent at no charge except shipping and handling. To receive a replacement, contact customer service by phone or email for instructions. Shipping and handling must be pre-paid by credit card or check. All replacement parts incur their own shipping and handling charges, even when shipped together. Return of defective parts at customer’s expense may be required at Amden’s discretion.

The Lifetime Warranty remains in effect only while the customer maintains an active brush replenishment plan that routinely ships replacement brush heads. All replenishment plans require a valid credit card number on file and regular, automatic shipments.

Amden reserves the right to repair or replace items at its discretion. Replacement items may be substituted with comparable parts without notice. Applicable shipping and handling charges as well as all terms & conditions are set solely at the discretion of Amden Corporation and are subject to change without notice.

Limitations on Coverage:
The Lifetime Warranty does not cover: (A) any use of the product outside personal oral care use, such as commercial use by dentists or polishing of anything other than human teeth. (B) Unauthorized modifications or failure to follow Amden Corporation’s operation or maintenance instructions. (C) Damage or other product failure caused as the result of abuse, theft, loss, fire, Acts of God, negligence, accident, power outages and surges, or failure to maintain the Cybersonic Oral Care System according to the instructions contained in the Instruction Manual. Coverage is limited to power handle and charging stand. All attachments and accessories are excluded.

Healthy Smile Plan

Terms & Conditions:
Upon signing up for the Healthy Smile Plan, you will receive a Cybersonic3 Oral Care System for your use for as long as you remain a member. You will receive a quarterly shipment of a replacement brush head at no charge. A failed power handle or charging base will be repaired or replaced (at Amden’s discretion) at no charge for as long as you remain a member. Plan membership does not convey ownership of the oral care system or subsequent shipments, but allows for your private use for as long as membership remains active. Consumables such as pre-strung flossers or whitening gels must be purchased separately.

Fees & Payments:
Active membership requires a monthly fee of $4.99 billed to a credit or debit card. Initial sign-up for membership requires a one-time, non-refundable registration and shipping fee of $11.99.  Monthly fees are billed at the beginning of the 30 day cycle and cannot be refunded or prorated. Initial sign-up cost will be $16.98 total, consisting of the registration fee and first monthly membership payment. All fees are subject to sales tax where applicable. Monthly membership and all other fees are subject to change without notice.

System Replacement:
Amden will replace a failed power handle or charging stand at no charge. Amden may repair or replace failed parts at its sole discretion and may substitute comparable parts without notice. Replacements will be made only for failures that occur during normal use. Replacements will not be made for failures due to (A) any use of the product outside personal oral care use, such as commercial use by dentists or polishing of anything other than human teeth. (B) Unauthorized modifications or failure to follow Amden Corporation’s operation or maintenance instructions. (C) Damage or other product failure caused as the result of abuse, theft, loss, fire, Acts of God, negligence, accident, power outages and surges, or failure to maintain the Cybersonic Oral Care System according to the instructions contained in the Instruction Manual. Coverage is limited to power handle and charging stand. All attachments and accessories are excluded. Amden reserves the right to demand return of failed parts at customer’s expense prior to replacement.

Cancellations:
Plan membership can be cancelled at any time by phone, email, or fax. Monthly membership fees will continue to be charged until the toothbrush system is returned to Amden at customer’s expense. Failure to pay monthly fees or return system after cancellation will make customer liable for the full retail value of the toothbrush system which may be subject to collections.

Toothbrush System Buyout:
At any time, customer can choose to cancel their membership and keep their toothbrush by buying out the remaining value of their system. Customer will pay the full retail value of the toothbrush less the total of all monthly membership fees paid to date. Upon buyout, customer will take full ownership of the toothbrush system, but no membership benefits including replacement shipments or warranty coverage. No refund of membership fees paid beyond retail value of the toothbrush system will be made.

Referral Program

Under Cybersonic’s Referral Program, customers will be issued a unique ID number which can be given to others as a coupon for purchase of certain items at a discounted price. The holder of the ID number will be issued a referral payment for each eligible order that is received using their ID number. Offer, prices, and policies subject to change without notice. Amden Corp will issue a $10 check for each eligible order of Cybersonic3 submitted with a valid referral ID code to the name and address on file for that ID code at the time of order. Amden Corp is not responsible for lost checks, invalid codes, incorrect addresses, or non-received payments. Referral payment eligible only on online purchases of complete Cybersonic3 system at MSRP before discount. Referral code must be supplied at time of original order and cannot be applied retroactively. Referral discount cannot be combined with any other offer. Payment will be issued a minimum of 30 days after receipt of order. Payment will be $10 per eligible order less any declines, returns, chargebacks, or cancellations. Offer valid only in US and its territories. All payments made in US currency.
